Terms of Service

Sitey is a platform that connects customers with independent stores in Kuwait. Each store sells its own products, sets its own prices and is responsible for fulfilling its orders.

Payments are processed by each store’s own payment provider. Sitey does not hold customer funds.

Stores must only publish content they own or have permission to use. When importing a menu from a website, the store confirms it is the legal owner of that website and its content.

Sitey may suspend any store that breaks these terms or Kuwaiti law.
